Kelli Holt
Kelli is a born and raised Floridian who Studied Mass Communication with a focus in Public Relations at the University of South Florida in Tampa. For the past 20 years she has worked in Sales, Marketing & Event Planning for major companies including Norwegian Cruise Line, as well as international sales in the yachting industry.
She has always loved Real Estate and enjoys watching HGTV, which inspired her to pursue her passion of becoming a Realtor. She knows that home is more than four walls, it is a place that we make our memories in. The first time you can paint your own home, baby’s first steps, gameday with friends. Whatever you prefer spending your time doing, Kelli will help you find the perfect home to enjoy your favorite activities.
Her passion for Real Estate and home design, helps her assist buyers in finding just what they are envisioning. She is active in the community and is proud to be the Board Secretary for Marion Therapeutic Riding Association, which provides therapeutic horseback riding to persons of all ages and capabilities that are physically, mentally or emotionally challenged. She believes there is no better feeling than applying your skills to help make a difference in another’s life.
She relocated from South Florida to Ocala in 2019, and specializes in relocation to the area. She knows first hand what is needed when you relocate to a new area and will be an excellent resource in assisting you with settling into Ocala.
When Kelli isn’t making home ownership dreams come true, she enjoys spending her time practicing yoga, horseback riding and being the chef of her home.
